Bexar "Bear"

Bexar is correctly pronounced exactly like the word bear. Inspired by my hometown of San Antonio, TX in Bexar County; Bexar Soap Co. was established in 2018 with a goal to create products that were all natural, mostly vegan, and eco-friendly. Our mission is to provide chemical-free and sustainable products to help others love your bare skin.

From the beginning, Bexar Soap Co. has been committed to protecting people, animals and the planet. All ingredients found in our products are animal cruelty free.  All suppliers do not conduct, authorize, or pay for any animal testing on ingredients, formulations, or finished products. Bexar Soap Co. is a certified Green Business under the Body and Personal Care Standard and deemed an environmentally responsible business in the country. Many of our products have been vegan certified by vegan.org. We know you have choices when it comes to natural & sustainable products and our family sincerely thanks you for your interest and continuous support.

Help us keep costs down by placing your order online using our automated system whenever possible. Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order

All soap orders are subject to a two (2) bar minimum. 

payments

Online checkout is made through third party merchant Paypal's secure shopping cart.  It is not necesarry to create or have a PayPal account to pay via credit card. No card information is stored or shared during the checkout process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Cards are charged in real time at checkout.

shipping & Returns

Shipping: All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, either by weight/zone or Flat Rate for larger orders. Small orders will ship via USPS First Class. Large orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail. Bexar Soap Co. has the right to add an additional shipping surcharge for large Flat Rate boxes that weigh over 20 lbs and are going to APO / FPO / DPO locations or US territories off shore. Our customer service technicians will contact you before any additional charges are applied. Orders are typically shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time (APO / FPO / DPO locations excluded).

Returns:  Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Once authorized simply return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase in its original, new, unopened condition with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your purchase price. We cannot refund your money if the safety seal is broken (if it had one) or if the product has been used or arrives damaged in any way, so pack carefully with plenty of padding. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Orders that are cancelled by the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods: For incorrect or damaged goods, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos may be required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. The chances of finding your package diminish with each day that passes. If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a mail theft complaint. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Samples & Out of Stock Items

We're proud to offer samples to customers who make a purchase. Random samples (our choice) are only included in shipments when available and are never guaranteed. As a small, family business, we cannot honor requests for free samples without a purchase.

Holiday Closing

Closings are rare, but we do reserve the right to take a few days off occasionally. Online orders will be filled in the order they were received upon our return

Animal Testing

ALL of our products are vegan and NONE are tested on animals. 

Disclaimer

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
