Online checkout is made through third party merchant Paypal's secure shopping cart. It is not necesarry to create or have a PayPal account to pay via credit card. No card information is stored or shared during the checkout process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Cards are charged in real time at checkout.
shipping & Returns
Shipping: Is calculated in the shopping cart. Enter your zip code to determine your shipping cost. All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, either by weight/zone or Flat Rate for larger orders. Small orders will ship via USPS First Class. For larger orders please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote. Large orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail. Bexar Soap Co. has the right to add an additional shipping surcharge for large Flat Rate boxes that weigh over 20 lbs and are going to military bases or US territories off shore. Our customer service technicians will contact you before any additional charges are applied.
Returns: Simply return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase in its original, new, unopened condition with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your purchase price. We cannot refund your money if the safety seal is broken (if it had one) or if the product has been used or arrives damaged in any way, so pack carefully with plenty of padding. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully before you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Orders that are cancelled by the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods: For incorrect or damaged goods, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Photos may be required. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. The chances of finding your package diminish with each day that passes. If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a mail theft complaint. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.
